Saxophonist John Greiner and his wife Dana reside in Wausau, WI. He is very active in the performance and jazz education scene throughout the state of Wisconsin. A former member of the USAF Band of the Mid-West, John holds a Bachelors Degree in Woodwind Performance from the Berklee College of Music. He has performed all across the United States and abroad. Currently on the faculty of the Wausau Conservatory of Music, John teaches private saxophone instruction as well as jazz studies. He also teaches at his home studio and is very active performing with his trio and quartet as well as his SwingShift Big Band.
